(A) What are the criteria for selecting the schools to enter the semi-final championship?
  • Online registration form and all the required information must be submitted on or before the Deadline: April 11
  • Admission to the Championship is on a first-come-first-served basis
(B) How to Register?

Registration involves the following 4 steps.

Step 1 (Online) Fill in Information
  • Fill in information including the category, school contact, teacher-in-charge, and team members
  • Indicate if you will order lunch from us
  • Submit information of at least 3 team members
  • Prepare and upload a digital photo of each of the team members. The size of the photo should be in jpeg format, with 328(W) x 410(H) resolution.
Step 2 (Online) Preview & Confirm (no later than April 11)
  • Double check the details. To make changes, you can go back to Step 1. If everything is fine, click confirm and submit your registration form to complete Step 2.
Step 3 (Online) Print Details
  • After your submission of the registration form, you will find the summary of all your registration details. Print the page for your future reference
Step 4 (Offline) Send a self-addressed stamped envelope to us (no later than April 11)
  • Since we will need to send you the Scrabble Pass for your students, please mail a self-addressed stamped envelope (HK$2.2) to us.
  • If you have ordered lunch box(es) from us, please make a *cheque payable to "BroadLearning Education (Asia) Limited". On the back of the cheque, write down your school name. You may enclose the cheque along with the self-addressed envelope and send them to the following address:

    * The cheque will be returned to you if your admission to the Championship is unsuccessful.
(C) How do I know that my submission of the Registration Form is received by you?

After submitting your registration form, you will receive our email message acknowledging the receipt of your registration. You will also find the registration code and password for your school and it allows you to re-access the page for making amendments any time before the deadline (April 11).
(D) Can I make any amendments after submitting the Registration Form?

Yes. But you have to do it before the deadline (April 11). Otherwise, you will need to pay the administration cost.
(E) Is there any cost in this registration?

You do not need to pay any cost for the online registration. The registration fee and the Scrabble Pass are free of charge. You only need to pay under the following conditions:

(F) How can I know if my team is admitted to the semi-final championship or not?

If your team is admitted to the semi-final championship, a Confirmation Note on Successful Admission to the Championship will be sent to you by email on or before April 14.
